AUGUSTA - Effective September 1, 2017, the Augusta Branch of the Lewis & Clark Library will be staying open later on Monday evenings. Lewis & Clark Library Director John Finn explains that the change reflects feedback from patrons, “We were hearing from our patrons that having the Library remain open later on Mondays would be more beneficial to the community.”

Beginning September 1st the Augusta Branch will be open on Mondays from 1-7PM. Branch Manager Holly Herring believes that the change will help students with homework needs.

The Augusta Branch will now be open on Sundays from 1-5PM; Mondays from 1-7PM; Tuesday and Wednesday from 10AM-5PM; and Thursdays from 10AM to 3PM. The Augusta Branch is closed Friday and Saturday. For more information visit
