GREAT FALLS, MT — The Cascade City-County Health Department is grieved to announce four more COVID-19-related deaths, which brings us to fourteen total in Cascade County.
All four had underlying health conditions.
• Two women in their 70s
• One man in his 70s
• One man in his 80s
“We are greatly saddened by this news, and we wish their families and friends comfort in their sorrow,” states Trisha Gardner, Health Officer for Cascade County. “Please, for the sake of all the older and vulnerable people in our Cascade County community, I urge you to exercise caution and compassion by taking the recommended prevention measures.”
Measures proven to slow transmission of COVID-19 are simple.
• Stay home when sick
• Quarantine when you have been instructed to do so by a health care provider or the Health Department
• Wash hands frequently and thoroughly
• Avoid gathering in large groups & social distance wherever possible
• Wear masks or face coverings in public indoor spaces
