The February meeting of the Sun River Valley Historical Society will be held  February 4th at 2:00 p.m. in the Sun River Community Center in Fort Shaw.

We have some wonderful pictures to show you. One  framed picture is of 13 officers at Fort Shaw in 1887 sent from Bill Haenn in Texas plus over 50 recently developed photos of the valley   from years ago. We also have an 1881 map of Montana

Our Spring newsletter will be our soon with lots of new and exciting items. There will be a notice about the bricks for the Memory Wall at the Fort.  There are just a few spots left for the East wall in case you have not  purchased yours yet.
