This Saturday night at the Fairfield Community Hall, Beerman and the Frosty Mugs will be featured at the Fairfield Halloween Bash.

The family-friendly event gets underway at 7:00 p.m. and will last until 11:00.

A Fairfield band, Beerman and the Frosty Mugs consists of Brian Beerman lead vocals and guitar, Jim Peterman lead guitar, Merv Carper lead and rhythm guitar, Steve Long Bass guitar and Brian Kirkhorn on the drums.

According to Kirkhorn, the band has been together for a couple years and have played at various fundraisers, birthday parties, weddings, reunions and Swim Day. “We lost a lot of gigs due to COVID restrictions that past year.  We just wanted to play and provide the community with some fun, so we are hosting this event.  The event will be a Family Fun Dance for all ages,” said Kirkhorn.

Della Lonner is coordinating with clubs from Fairfield High School to help us make it a fun event.

The Spanish Club and National Honor Society will be setting things up and decorating the hall.  The Spanish Club will be hosting a concession for goodies and drinks.   Miss Mathison’s art class with be painting pumpkins that are donated by Jordan’s Pumpkins For A Cause.  The pumpkins will be auctioned off near the end of the dance for a fund raiser.
