Groundskeeper/Maintainence person needed as soon as possible. Duties include mowing, watering and snow removal. Operating and maintainence of garden and landscaping equipment. Must have experience in painting, dry wall repair, knowledge of heating and cooling systems with light electrical wiring. Must be self motivated, reliable and able to lift at least 50 pounds.
